New Coach Sign-Up

If you are interested in making a commitment to serve the Youth of Warsaw and this can make a positive impact far beyond teaching the game of Football, please fill out the information below and we will contact you. Your example of serving others will generate impact you can’t begin to estimate. If you keep in mind the purpose of Young Tigers Football (YTF) in all you do, you won’t go wrong in the big picture.

EVENTS THAT ALL COACHES SHOULD ATTEND AND THE BOLD ONES ARE MANDATORY.
YTF is part of the TIGER FOOTBALL PROGRAM FROM THE HIGH SCHOOL, MIDDLE SCHOOL, AND YTF.

To be successful it takes every person to participate. You as a coach need to not just coach your team during practice and games but also help with the extra events YTF participates with.
Below are events that YTF Board Members hold and also need coaches help with:

• Any and all skills camps and Championship Wednesday
• Sign ups- Fitting players. Not only is this a good way to see the incoming players but you can also get an idea for your draft
• Any and all Parents/Safety meetings with parents
• ANY AND ALL IN HOUSE OR NIYFL COACHES MEETINGS INCLUDING THE MANDATORY RULES AND ETHICS MEETING
• Help with sanitizing equipment when we have the Ozone Machine
• Flag placement and Pick Up
• Equipment handout and turn in
• Fundraiser handout
• Awards Ceremony at the end of the year
• Hot Chocolate Stand in December at Center Park

We understand that you are a volunteer and you have a life beyond YTF but it is not fair to the parents, players, and Board Members if we don’t step up to make this program better.
